RUNNING CONSISTENCY

Having FUN, Getting it DONE!

We want to share some tips on maintaining your running consistency and building robust systems that will serve you well even after the app is here.

1. Consistency Over Motivation: We all know that motivation can be as fleeting as a morning mist. Instead of relying solely on motivation, focus on creating a routine and sticking to it. Set a schedule that works for you and treat your runs like appointments you can't miss.

2. Document Your Runs: Keep track of your runs! Use a journal or your fitness tracker. Documenting your runs will help you stay accountable and see how far you've come when our app finally arrives.

3. Community Support: Don't forget about our incredible running community! Reach out to fellow runners in the Facebook group for support and motivation. Share your goals and challenges on our social channels, and let's inspire each other to keep going.

4. Establishing Healthy Habits: Building a strong running system involves more than just lacing up your shoes. Ensure you're eating well, getting enough rest, and staying hydrated. These habits will benefit you in the long run (pun intended).

5. Goal Setting: Set achievable short-term and long-term goals. Having clear objectives will give your runs purpose and help you stay on track. One great goal - run 2-3 times a week. Then, when the app is ready, you’ll be ready!

Remember, the wait won't be much longer until you are running with Zeal! In the meantime, let's keep those running shoes moving and stay committed to our running journey.

Stay tuned for updates on the beta, and until then, happy running!
