Setting a goal for our well-being and our training is something we hear a lot about around the New Year but you can set a goal anytime of year! And the New Year is coming…so why not go ahead and get a head start?
As temps cool down all over, we are feeling the cozy fall vibes, but many are also seeing the benefits of that tough summer training PAYING OFF. Whether you’re feeling that elation or applying for team captain of the struggle bus (we’ve all been there!), setting and pursuing a new goal can be just the motivation to keep you going on days when cozy pajamas are the only thing you’re excited about.
